Mission Statement
"Make my clients look like Heroes!"
Although this seems trite I have found that in order to make my clients look like heroes everything on the project needs to have been done well. From the initial vision, procurement and technology selection, implementation and change management, and ongoing maintenance and support! It is not about me looking good it is about my client(s) looking good to the people they support!

What do I do?

So, what do I do? I consider myself a pain reliever for technology. Many of my clients simply don’t have enough time to deal with their technology, they’re intimidated by it. They just simply want their technology to work. They might replace their phone system once every eight to 10 years and they don’t have the time to research all the options.
So, I take the mystery out of it for you and communicate what you need to know when you need to know it and be your pain reliever for technology.
How do I do it?
So how do I do that? I came up with an acronym called VPIM.
- Vision: The first thing I want to do is get a vision of what your technology should look like. I do that by looking at where you at today, what do you have? Technology-wise what are your business initiatives? What are your business drivers? What are you trying to accomplish? What do your users need? When I understand what you need, I put together a “Technology Vision”. What should you have based on your needs.
- Procurement: I look at what you have now and if there are upgrades needed, I assist in procuring the appropriate technology to meet your objectives. I’ve got over 150 different vendors that I deal with. And once I understand your business drivers and your vision, I know which vendors are going to fit the best. I run a competitive process with multiple vendors to find the one that suits you the best.
- Implement: I help you implement, and make sure that it gets implemented appropriately and that you get what you pay for. I not only assist with the implementation of the technology I also deal with change management to get your users to accept and use the technology.
- Management: I help you put together a plan for management of the technology. How much can you do internally and what may need to be outsourced.

Why do I do it?

Why do I do this? I love it. I just have always done this, uh, this type of work for over 30 years.
I like to make an impact on my client’s business and allow them to do what they do best, which is run their business.
As I say in my mission statement “I love to make my clients look like heroes!”
